Philip Moross: Managing Partner
Philip Moross began his career at Arthur Andersen before establishing several investment vehicles focused on the property markets. In 2004, Mr. Moross co-founded Waterford Investments AG to serve as a vehicle for managing international real estate opportunities. Most recently, he managed a UK-focused real estate development fund that is preparing to make its final distributions to investors and is expected to produce a Gross IRR in excess of 80%.

NEIL CAMERON: President
Neil Cameron co-founded Waterford Investments AG in 2004, to serve as a vehicle for managing leisure and real estate opportunities both in Switzerland and internationally. Prior to this, Neil was a Partner at Arthur Andersen where he originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1986. Neil transferred to the consulting division in 1988. During his time as a partner, Neil was responsible for the Process Division (comprising 200 consultants), the Change Management Division (comprising 50 consultants) and the Supply Chain Service Line. Mr. Cameron was also appointed to the UK Consulting Board and served on many of the firms’ international committees.
He departed from Arthur Andersen in 2002, in order to pursue other entrepreneurial opportunities. Neil’s investments and directorships include, founder investor in Caffe Nero, Cutting Edge Music Holdings, a music publishing and services company based in London and Los Angeles, St John Restaurant Company Ltd, a world top 50 restaurant based in London, and WAW leisure, a UK based hotel chain.
